Chairman's Statement

2025 has been an exceptionally successful year for TSG. We expanded our international footprint, opened new offices, onboarded specialist personnel, and made key internal promotions to support the evolving requirements of our operating domains.

As Chairman of TSG, I am proud to announce the following strategic leadership appointments that will position the unit for continued success through 2026 and beyond:

  • Craig Alexander has been promoted to Global Unit Head, TSG.
  • Stephen Didier has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer, TSG Global.
  • Oren Ravid joins TSG as Head of Operational Intelligence.
  • Clay McGuirk joins TSG as Head of Business Process and Internal Logistics.

The team has delivered extraordinary results—particularly in the expansion of our training capabilities, which are significantly strengthening the professionalism, readiness, and operational effectiveness of our partner-nation law enforcement and defence forces.

I am immensely proud of our people, our growth, and the trusted relationships we continue to build with client governments. Together, we remain committed to supporting the stability, security, and long-term resilience of the societies we serve across the national-security spectrum.
